Jawvia Return & Exchange Policy

At Jawvia, we are committed to helping you achieve the best possible results from your Jawvia chin strap. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

7-Night Adjustment Period
We encourage customers to use their Jawvia chin strap for at least seven consecutive nights before deciding to return it. Many users require a brief adjustment period before experiencing optimal comfort and results.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Clean, undamaged, and in reasonable condition.

  • Returned with all included components and accessories.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept products that are heavily used, soiled, altered, or unsanitary.

2. Size Exchanges

We are happy to assist with size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and outbound shipping costs for replacement items.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • We recommend contacting our support team before returning your item to ensure the correct replacement size is available.

3. Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jawvia.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Any photos that may help us evaluate the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jawvia cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the product, less any applicable shipping charges.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Jawvia.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, Jawvia will repair, replace, or reship the item at no additional cost, including shipping charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Heavily used, damaged, or unsanitary products.

  • Products altered after delivery.

  • Final sale, clearance, promotional, or bundled items when indicated on the product page.

  • Items returned without prior authorization or an RMA number.

6. International Orders

Jawvia proudly ships worldwide.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • These fees are not refundable by Jawvia.

  • For international exchanges and returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

7. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@jawvia.com with your order number and reason for the request.

  2. Include photos if the issue involves damage, defects, or sizing concerns.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide eligibility confirmation along with an RMA number and return instructions.

  4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.
