Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head, following the measurement position shown in the image.
Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight, then compare your measurement with the chart.

The cap should sit securely and comfortably without creating pressure points. The blue support band should fit snugly beneath the chin, while the elastic band should provide only a gentle upward lift.
If your measurement falls directly between two sizes, consider your preferred fit.
Choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for additional room. Avoid selecting a size that requires excessive band tension to remain secure.
